On the 2nd of October 2015, Flowdirect celebrated three successful years in business. It is a source of great pride that already in such a short space of time, we have come to establish ourselves as a trusted, quality supplier to the offshore industry.

Upon opening back in 2012, we moved quickly to establish our business outlets in the UK. Within 5 months we had opened both our sales and design headquarters in the Media Centre, Huddersfield and our fully modernised, world class service and repair centre in Great Yarmouth.

Within nineteen months, we had received our ISO 9001 certification from QMS International plc. Confirming that our existing quality management systems conformed to the very highest in industry standards.

Earlier in 2015 we relocated our sales and design HQ from the Media Centre, owing to both the growth the business had enjoyed previously as well as its capacity to host our future expansion plans.

More recently we have expanded our UK business into Manchester with a new testing facility. Within this facility we have begun initial testing on a brand new high horsepower pump, a potentially exciting new addition to our range of pumps.

Given the rapid and sustained success we have enjoyed over our first three years, it seems appropriate that we have recorded a record sales month prior to our third anniversary.

Over September 2015 we shipped out over £150,000 worth of orders to our customers, all this despite operating in an offshore industry struggling under restrictive economic conditions.
